Handkernel’s ODROID is ugly, but wants to play with you anyway
My friend Chris at SlashGear has dug up some details on a device called the ODROID from a company called Handkernel. The ODROID is an Android-based gaming device, and it is one of the ugliest devices I’ve seen in a long time.
It might have the same speedy Samsung Cortex A8 600MHz processor as the Apple iPhone 3Gs, HDMI output, and a 3.5-inch half-VGA touchscreen display, but none of that will likely matter. The device is just too ugly to survive on the market in its current form. The fact that it has no phone functionality certainly doesn’t help its chances, either.
Larger and slightly more scary photo available after the jump.
