Paypal took the world by storm years ago and hasn’t decreased its dominance ever since. A handful of players have entered the mobile payment game, but Google Wallet has been the only one that’s really threatened to be competition. With the advent of new mobile payment apps now becoming a hot convenience item, the big G-Dub is certainly paying its cards right.
To Google’s advantage, there is still a vast majority of people that don’t about it, or mobile payments methods in general. Google stands to gain a lot of business in this sector if the videos below do their job correctly. That job, specifically, is to entertain alongside educating the teeming masses about their payment system.

Just started using NFC (had it for some time but now seeing NFC at the register more often nowadays so I started using it).
It’s a great feature. No need for receipt, no need to punch in any numbers or sign anything. It’s very convenient and saves a lot of time in the long run. Once iPhone 5 comes out NFC will be ubiquitous all over the country. I’m looking forward to just using my phone for everyday purchases in the near future.
