Google releases Finance for Android application
Today Google announced the availability of its Finance for Android application via a post on the Google Mobile Blog. The free application, which should be available now from the Android Market, will allow users to get up to the minute information on their stock portfolios.
Users can configure the application to follow the stocks they own, or are interested in, and can streaming stock quotes, performance charts, and news aplenty. The application syncs everything up with the main Google Finance website, too, so anything you do on the phone will be reflected back on the main website once you get back home.
The application only displays U.S. market information at this point.
