If you are bored with the stock OS user experience and you're looking for a ROM to flash on your Galaxy Tab 10.1, we suggest that you try the new CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) preview ROM. Apart from being a decent CyanogenMod 10 port, it also happens to be Jelly Bean–Google's current top Android operating system. Flashing this ROM will definitely pump some life into that old Samsung hardware.
XDA Developers member pershoot did not fail to excite CM10 fanatics with this latest CM10 preview. Still, this ROM has some lags and bugs like a slight issue with Trebuchet and problems with recording at 720p, as well as other issues that the developer is currently looking into. There's no doubt, though, that the newest version is more stable than the earlier releases. It's not perfect, but it sure is working fine. The only way for you to find out is to try it yourself.
This guide shows you how to flash CyanogenMod 10 for the Galaxy Tab 10.1 (preview build).
