Owning a Galaxy Note GT-N7000 has always been one of the things I'm proud of. The phone-slash-tablet has been very useful in various ways, especially with the use of its S Pen. The phablet received Android 4.0.4 updates just recently and is slated to get a Jelly Bean update soon, probably Q4 of this year.
Waiting, sometimes, is good but if you are really itching to have Jelly Bean on your Galaxy Note GT-N7000, this ROM will probably sate your hunger. This official preview build of CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) for the Galaxy Note has been released by XDA Developers member XpLoDWilD and it has both the features of Jelly Bean and CyanogenMod 10. Jelly Bean features like Google Now and a smooth-as-butter interface are now available for you to experience on your phablet.
This CM10 ROM is a preview build and is still undergoing development for other CM10 features to be incorporated. It is not yet recommended for daily use.
In this guide, learn how to upgrade the Galaxy Note N7000 to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean via CyanogenMod 10 (official preview).
