With the Nexus Prime just hours away from potentially being announced, an eager carrier just couldn’t keep their mouth closed. It comes to us via Twitter, where Japan’s NTT DoCoMo has announced that they will be one of the first, if not the first, to have the Galaxy Nexus. In addition, they added that the device will become available in November. However, DoCoMo did not go into specifics about the device that would include; price, specifications, or exact date of release. Therefore, you will just have to wait until later tonight to get the full scoop. We do know though – that on Verizon, it will start out with a price of $299.

      Bluetooth 3

Droid Razr and iphone 4s have Bluetooth 4

Why do you care about Bluetooth 4.0? It’s just a low energy version of Bluetooth 3.0. Do you really think Bluetooth is a major drain on your phone batter? For a peripheral like a headset, it’s a very big deal, but for the phone? The B4 communication protocol and speed are exactly the same as B3 and connecting a B4 headset to a B3 phone WILL NOT cause the headset battery to run down faster. That has nothing to do with it. For a phone, it’s marketing hype. Don’t get suckered.
