Another alleged Galaxy F picture surfaces, this time alongside Galaxy S5

samsung galaxy F galaxy s5 leak

The Galaxy F just can’t stay under wraps. Of course, that’s assuming that all the recent images that supposedly show the premium version of the Galaxy S5 are real. Today we have another alleged spy shot of the Galaxy F, and this time the device is shown side by side a Galaxy S5.

The image above was supplied to Phone Arena by an anonymous tipster, so we wouldn’t put too much weight on it. With that warning out of the way, what’s striking about the device pictured alongside the S5 are its thin bezels and high screen-to-footprint ratio.

According to @evleaks, the Galaxy F will come with a 5.3-inch screen and a body size that’s similar to the 5.1-inch Galaxy S5. Other leaks and rumors claim that the Galaxy F will feature a metal body, a Snapdragon 805 processor, and 3GB of RAM.

While the benefits of ultra-thin bezels are questionable, there’s no denying that they look amazing. LG really pushed the limits when it comes to this design trait, and that’s one of the reasons the G3 was received so enthusiastically. With average device sizes already testing our willingness to do hand gymnastics, shrinking bezels remains the only option for Samsung and other OEMs to deliver bigger screens.

    Ooo! Thats interesting

I don’t understand how people hold their phones. I never have any accidental touches nor do I go even close of having them. I can get my Nexus 5 in my fist so that my middle finger and thumb are touching and I’m still not even near of touching the screen!

Anyways the one one the right (S5?) looks like a cheap copy next to the Galaxy F!

How can u say it looks like a cheap copy. The picture is not even clear enough.

      • MasterMuffin

It’s not a cheap copy, that’s the point. It looks so bad it looks like a cheap copy :)

        • _X_

It does look cheaper than the F. I have a S5…awesome phone and I like the feel of it…just love holding it (weird right?) but i will admit that it is more of a S5 Neo than a S5. I knew that when I bought it, but in any case the S5 was in my budget and the F wont be, hence my choice :)

You know, I used to think the looks of this phone isn’t all that, until I saw it irl and had a hands on. Its actually pretty nice however dat F is sexy…

          • MasterMuffin

I also tried S5 irl and I think it’s not nice (plus the fingerprint cencor isn’t that good BTW)

          • AndroidBoss

It all goes down to the user and personal preference.

          • MasterMuffin

Of course, but it seems that the majority doesn’t like the looks. The phone has still sold a lot though, because looks aren’t everything

    • Corbin Crutch

I’m right there with you. I have NEVER had an issue with accidental touches because of how I held my phone

  • Christopher Linnett

The galaxy for screen looks kind of like it’s been copied and pasted on top, get the feeling this picture is a fake

    • K2

Yeah i got the same feeling. I hoped it was real.

    Bring the Note 4 already!

How ’bout you lose that button.

    • Brian Dong Min Kim

Samsung should really lose physical buttons..

Physical buttons has many design flaws, as they can have failures and looks ugly on some devices, especially on their tablets. The physical button on their tablet series is a bit annoying, and doesn’t make sense; especially if you own a 10 inch model. Also, there are more features packed onto on-screen buttons compared to physical buttons.

          • tdurden64111

All valid points. My major issue with it is it’s ugly.
