Focused on photography, the Kodak Ektra Smartphone arrives in India

Just around the end of 2016, Kodak entered the smartphone market in Europe and the US. A lot of millennials probably won’t even recognize the iconic photography and imaging brand, but here we are in 2017, looking at the Kodak Ektra Smartphone which has just launched in India.

To carry on the legacy in the field, Kodak Ektra is a ‘camera-first smartphone’. The smartphone claims to pack in imaging and editing capabilities and fuses the best of Kodak’s rich history in imaging with the latest innovations in smartphone photography.

The phone is of course brought to you by Bullitt Group, the global licensee Kodak. Kodak and Ektra are trademarks of Kodak, licensed to Bullitt Mobile Limited, headquartered in Reading, UK.

Kodak carries a strong brand legacy in India, and with EKTRA, we aim to enhance the skills and experience of Indian photo-enthusiasts. The KODAK EKTRA Smartphone is all about capturing the moment, telling a story, and revelling the experience of photography. Our latest features and performance adjustments include RAW support, all of which will help drive our customers’ creativity.
