What's your favorite camera app? [Poll of the Week]

There are a lot of good camera apps for Android, so we want to know - what which one is your favorite?

Last week's poll summary: Out of almost 3,000 total votes, a staggering 48% of our readers said the Note 7's 3,500mAh battery is too small. 18% of our readers said that it should come with more than 4GB of RAM, and 16% said they wouldn't change anything about the Galaxy Note 7.

If you owned a smartphone between 2010 and 2013, you probably remember that the camera experience was less than desirable. Okay, smartphone cameras used to be downright bad. Lighting conditions would need to near perfect to get a decent shot, and low light photography was basically unheard of. It was flummoxing how poor smartphone camera tech used to be. Thankfully that’s changed now, as most OEMs have made it a point to make their cameras more reliable.

There are a lot of other things that go into taking a decent photo, though. Manual controls and HDR mode are just a few of the features that can make or break a good photo, but unfortunately not every smartphone camera has these features. Luckily there are a lot of good camera apps available on Google Play that offer these features and more.

Manual Camera and Camera FV-5 are great options if you’re looking for more control over white balance, ISO and other granular settings, while Google Camera offers up a simpler interface. With so many great camera apps out there, we want to know – what’s your favorite camera app for Android? Are you a fan of the Google Camera, or do you just prefer to use the stock camera app that comes with your phone? Be sure cast your vote in the poll below, and if there’s something you need to add, feel free to speak up in the comment section. We look forward to hearing what you have to say!
