If you have a cluttered work desk, it becomes a challenge to find what you need right away. That’s why a lot of people spend a lot of time and effort arranging things in the way that works best for them.

It’s the same with mobile devices. You’ll want to have important things within easy reach, such as your emails, important dates, and your to-do list. Unfortunately, you’ll need to access them through different apps and that means wasting precious time. Wouldn’t it be better if there was a way to keep everything you need in one easy to access place?

Developed by Appventive, Executive Assistant + is an app that lets you access your social networking apps and messages all in one place. Executive Assistant + will easily help you access your emails, text messages, missed calls, calendar, tasks, Twitter timeline, and even Facebook updates. Launch the app and you can have all of the important things that matter to you in a number of ways.

You can have Executive Assistant + greet you once you wake your device. That means you’ll be able to glance at your emails right from your lockscreen. Alternatively, you can have the app automatically launch once you’ve unlocked your phone.

If you want a less obtrusive way to view your notifications, you can add a widget of your choice to your homescreen. You can choose among 1×1, 2×1, 3×1, 3×2, 3×3, 3×4, 4×1, 4×2, 4×3, and 4×4 widgets. If you’re using launchers such as ADW, Launcher+,  GO, or Zeam, you’ll be happy to know that the full widgets are scrollable.

Don’t worry about this app covering up your pretty background! Executive Assistant + will use your homescreen wallpaper, including live wallpapers. If you want to coordinate colors, you can customize color and transparency of the text displays in all the modes.

The app will also allow you to instantly return a call, missed calls, or to reply directly to a message without having to hop from one app to another. Simply tap on the icons at the bottom of the screen mode or widget.

You can use your Gmail account or you can set up a different email address through POP or IMAP. If you’ve set up email accounts in Enhanced Email, K9, or Kaiten Mail, Executive Assistant + will automatically sync your emails. If you don’t have an email client installed, this app has an add-on IMAP/POP functionality, so you can setup your email accounts directly in the app. Exchange clients like TouchDown by NitroDesk and Enhanced Email by Quantum Solutions are also supported by Executive Assistant +. The app can sync your email message, calendars and tasks from your Exchange Server.

Get organized with Executive Assistant + without having to hop from one app to another. Purchase it from the Google Play Store today.
