Galaxy Lite by Samsung

The French language website FrAndroid seems to be a steady source of information regarding the Samsung Galaxy Lite (albeit a limited one). Seeing as my French is inadequate, a cursory Google translate on the matter suggests that the device will pack a trackball of some form or another, WiFi, and 3G. The device will also be of the ‘With Google’ persuasion but we do not have much to go on other than their word for it.

There is very little else to go on and the picture here is restricted to a photoshop crop-out with the FrAndroid logo plastered all over it. There is no real explanation as to why the device is called the Galaxy Lite. Perhaps it is literally lighter than its predecessor, the Galaxy i7500, and maybe it comes with less features too? We’ll keep you posted when more information becomes available about this device.
