Lenovo has dropped the price of its Moto Z Play in the US from $449.99 down to $399.99 at Amazon, Best Buy and the official website.
The $50 saving arrives as part of an ongoing sale which lasts until February 13.

The Moto Z Play comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage with microSD card support up to 2 TB. It features a 16 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera, but it’s the Z Play’s 3,510 mAh battery that’s the star of the show.

Offering realistic two-day battery life, the Moto Z Play also supports quick-charging, adding 10 hours battery life in just a 15-minute charge. The Z Play is also compatible with Lenovo’s Moto Mod add-ons.

If you want to take advantage of the Moto Maker tool, which allows you to customize the look of the device, you’ll have to buy the Z Play through the Motorola website. Otherwise, you’ll be restricted to the grey/black version from the resellers.

To save even more money, you could check out one of the Amazon Warehouse units for $339.99. Those devices will be in limited quantities and may show signs of cosmetic wear.
