I just upgraded my Moto Z Force to Android 7.0 software updated NCL25.86-11.5, almost functions are working except the Bluetooth. Bluetooth works great in marshmallow but it completely stops working (disabled) after having the update.
Any one face the same issues show me how to fix the problem?
    Thank you.

I would recommend that you do a hard factory reset on your device but wipe the cache partition first in the recovery mode menu.

I have tried some ways like clear the cache, clear the Bluetooth data, wipe cache partition, even do the factory reset but the bluetooth still disabled.

Have you tried connecting other bluetooth devices to your Moto Z?

How do you mean? I can't turn the Bluetooth on because it is disabled, see pix. You know it's not able to see any Bluetooth devices. Screenshot_20170719-145713.png
