Have you contacted Ambrane? It might be a faulty power bank.

Have you tried a different powerbank with the Motorola X? Did you try using a different USB cable to charge it?

Does it charge regularly in the outlet? If so, check the OEM plug to see how many volts it outputs and compare it with the powerbank.

Not sure by the wording, but an OEM plug is the plug that came with the phone.

Motorola Moto X has a 2200 maH battery. So make sure your power bank is rated more than it like 3000 maH or more.Since most of the power banks have less capacity than the mentioned capacity as capacities are different for different voltages,it might be of less capacity.
Secondly,I am using Sony CP F-5 5000 maH power bank with my Moto X and it works perfectly fine and charges it 1.75 times. So try using a different one.
