Chinese site IT168.com has posted a series of live photos of the new HTC Sapphire based smartphone that is heading to China Mobile, the world’s largest mobile network.
The interesting part of the device is how the user interface has been tweaked. It has a very different look to it, and you can even see a few icons that appear to have been ripped off from the Apple iPhone.
This TD-SCDMA based 3G version of the Sapphire could end up being called the Dopod G2. Dopod is the brand that HTC markets under in Asia.
