Let’s get straight to the skinny on this. Here is the video showcasing Carbon for Android.

Following up, here are the reviews listed on The Verge about Carbon used:

Lumia 900 review on The Verge
Scrolling in third party apps, for instance, is still completely erratic. I would blame this on developers, but given that this platform has been around for nearly two years, I think that’s a cop out. In new Twitter apps like Carbon, lists of messages will sometimes disappear or skip weirdly when scrolling

HTC Titan II review on The Verge
Scrolling performance is consistently odd, with Carbon and other apps occasionally just blanking out the page while they scroll or scrolling different amounts each time you swipe the screen

Now you tell us, which one seems more worthy of attention? The developers team says it was released under pressure as an early alpha, and then beta and that’s the way they wanted it; user feedback showed them it was the right decision. Now they have missed their launch date and backpedaled with the reason that, ” They would rather be criticized for a late launch than an app’s poor quality & experience”. I can’t say I really blame them.

Overall, the app, when released as a alpha/beta earlier, was the #1 App on Social Category of Marketplace for straight 60 days in many countries. That’s saying a lot for an app that’s being delayed due to design and coding problems.
