Yesterday, I wrote about the countdown on Motorola’s website for their event that is scheduled for tomorrow. We think they will be announcing the DROID RAZR. Well today, a teaser was placed on the site with one piece out of the sixteen of the completed image, but the folks at Droid-Life have gotten a hold of the completed masterpiece as you can see above. It fits right in with the images of the DROID RAZR/Spyder/DROID HD we’ve seen in the past. If you take a look at the picture you’ll see its sporting a cool new Droid eye too, which…

Best-Android-Phones-2011-Collage4.-jpg

Everyday, we see new leaks of rumored phones that may be coming out soon somewhere around the world, whether it be in Europe, the United Kingdom or the United States. Lets take a little break from that and talk about what features and specs would make the perfect Android phone for you. So what are some of the things that are important to you in looking for a new Android phone? Perhaps, processor speed and whether its single core, dual core, or dare I say – quad core? Maybe you’re just looking for a decent camera in a new phone,…

Google is finally going to unleash Ice Cream Sandwich tomorrow night in Hong Kong with Samsung announcing the new Galaxy Nexus. And, thankfully, we already have some more Ice Cream Sandwich leaks here for you. This time we have some screenshots of new widgets for Email, Gmail, and the Calendar. Phonedog and Android Police also leaked some alleged details on Ice Cream Sandwich’s new Gallery app. Allegedly, Google will be building some basic photo editing functionality into the Gallery app, including the ability to flip, crop, sharpen, and remove red eye. Users will also reportedly be able to apply a…

verizon-outage

We’ve seen across many sites (including Twitter) that some Verizon Wireless users were having outages with their 4G service. It looks like its back up now for the most of you – but there might be a few that are still without any - gasp – 4G coverage . On the bright side, at least you can receive emails, etc., unlike when RIM had their huge outage last week, which lasted an unbelievable 3.5 days (Monday through Wednesday afternoon worldwide). Hopefully Verizon’s IT department has rectified this problem so every one has their 4G LTE service back as soon as possible. Let…

Atrix-2-vs-Atrix

Motorola and AT&T have just released the successor to the original Atrix. While the differences aren’t quite as substantial as from, say the Samsung Galaxy S to the Galaxy S II, there are some fairly significant differences between the two Android powered phones. Of them, perhaps biggest differences are the fact that it’s faster, will have a bigger display, will have significantly faster connectivity, and that Motorola decided to get rid of the finger print reader, a personal favorite of mine. Atrix 2 specs: 4.3″ qHD Touch Screen 8MP Camera; 1080p Recording 8GB Internal Memory: Comes with 2GB SD Card,…

RAZR-Bench

According to Engadget, the Motorola RAZR will be released just seven hours after the Galaxy Nexus is released. It is looking like Samsung has some pretty substantial competition coming from Motorola, as the fight is soon set to begin between the Galaxy Nexus and RAZR, respectively. Sources say that the RAZR will be the second Android powered phone on the market to have Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0), and while  it might be a little unlikely, we will certainly see in about 49 hours from now. Don’t believe me, do you? Click the source link below and check out the…

nexus-prime-1

An unlocked version (most likely fake) of the rumored Samsung/Google Galaxy Nexus/Nexus Prime has just popped up onMobileCityOnline showing a price of $749.99 and listing a full set of specs for the device. The picture on the site appears to be from one of the many leaks we have seen over the past few weeks, leading up to the Samsung/Google event scheduled for this Tuesday night in Hong Kong (October 19th in Hong Kong/October 18th in the US). The specs seem to be a little in line with what we’ve heard from credible sources, and with other rumors we have heard over the past…

The Galaxy S II LTE HD has a super AMOLED display, dual core 1.2Ghz processing, and 4G LTE connectivity

Shortly after the Samsung Galaxy S2 variants have become available in the US, now Samsung could be launching the Galaxy S2 HD? Back in September, Samsung announced that the Samsung Galaxy S2 HD LTE would be headed to Korea and no one was given a launch date for the US. But this new FCC filing should help to clear that up. According to the FCC Filing, the Samsung Galaxy S2 HD will have a 4.65″ screen (similar to the rumors about the Galaxy Nexus/Nexus Prime that should be announced this week) with a 1280 x 720p resolution, a dual-core 1.5 GHz…
