ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity TF700 video

A couple weeks back, we reported exclusively on ASUS’ plans for its tablet lineup, including the long-rumored Nexus 7 tablet (to debut at Google I/O next week), the ASUS Padfone, and the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity TF700.

Many people are excited over the Pad Infinity, which was announced at the beginning of the year, but hasn’t been yet released in the Western markets. According to the anonymous ASUS representative we talked to at Computex, the TF700 will be launched in the US at the end of June.

So far, ASUS kept mum about the Infinity and offered no official information about the upcoming launch. However, a presentation video for the TF700 just surfaced, giving us hope that the launch of the sleek transformer is indeed just around the corner.

The unlisted video was leaked by a redditor, who calls it a “launch video”. Not exactly the most reliable source, but the video does fit nicely with the other information we got so far on the TF700.

We’ll update you next week as soon as we learn anything about the launch date of the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity. In the meantime, watch the leaked “launch video”, it’s quite enjoyable!

I can’t wait for this upcoming tablet. Better than the prime in all sorts of ways. I had alot of problems with my wifi and gps connection on my prime. Thats really the only thing i hated about the prime. If i cant have wifi issues on a tablet, then wats the point. This tablet fixes that problem. This tablet has a 2 mp front camera and 8mp rear camera. The iphone 4s JUST got 8 mp on its camera and the transformer series has had it since the prime. The ipad doesnt even have and 8mp camera, it has a 5mp. This tablet is WAY better than an ipad. It has everything that the ipad has and more. The only reason people still buy ipads are because they want the large app store. If you think the ipad is easy to use and thats why you buy it, then you will notice that when android made the Ice Cream Sandwich update they took in mind the fact that people like ease of use. ICS is easy to use plus it has more customization. If you are looking for a sleek look then you just found it. Its slimmer than the ipad and just .2mm thicker than the prime. This tablet shows how Android has come such a long way. Android already surpassed iOS is phones sold. Just wait till Google I/O on the 27th of june and everybody will see all of the awesome new features google has to offer. iCAN’T WAIT! lol

I’m the Redditor that linked the video, PanzerXIII. It looks like it was posted to the ASUS Colombia YouTube account late last night, after which it was hastily taken down, but I managed to get a download.

It looks legitimate, and as I watched it, it made me really excited for the device!
