The Archos 80 Titanium tablet is now available to purchase in the UK through Carphone Warehouse. The tablet will not be available through other retailers as Archos has made an odd deal with Carphone Warehouse where the retailer will sell the tablet exclusively.

The 8GB and 16GB tablet can be bought off of Carphone Warehouse’s website for £129 and £199, respectively. It’s not a bad price when the tablet is running a 1.6GHz dual core CPU, 1GB of RAM and a 8-inch HD IPS display with a 1024 x 768 resolution.

The downside to this tablet is the battery will only last up to a mere six hours and, according to Carphone Warehouse’s specs listing, it does not come with Bluetooth or GPS. The rear camera isn’t that great at 2MP either. On the bright side, the tablet comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and a microSD card slot that supports up to 64GB of extra storage.

The tablet itself looks pretty slick and is probably one of Archos’ best tablets thus far. The lack of Bluetooth seems a bit grueling though. Will you be looking to buy an Archos 80 Titanium or do you have your eyes locked on another tablet?
