Rovio has now released another teaser trailer for Angry Birds Star Wars. This time the short teaser utilizes actual footage from Star Wars: A New Hope.
The clip has Han Solo telling Luke and Obi Wan that the Millennium Falcon was “the ship that made the Kessel run in less than 12 parsecs,” and then it fades to a short animation of the Angry Birds version of the Millennium Falcon whizzing by, only semi-successfully, I might add.
It's a cool little teaser, though there are many more memorable lines and quotes they could have chosen that might have been more entertaining.
As you can see, not much else is revealed here. At the moment little is actually known about the gameplay that will be featured in this strange Angry Birds spin-off, but we do know that it will tell the story from the first films. We still don't know if traditional flinging elements will work their way in to the game or if a completely new mechanic is involved.
