The stars look to be aligning for a possible Dell Streak offering on AT&T this month.  Engadget is reporting that the Android powered device is set to launch on July 19 per some of its tipsters.  The Dell Streak smartphone/tablet, available on carriers in the UK, runs the Android 1.6 OS and features a large 5-inch touch display, WiFi, 3G data, and built-in GPS.  We assume similar specs will be offered if the rumor is true.
