Following the release of Android 4.1.2 JZ054K factory images for the Nexus 7, as well as for the “takju” and “yakju” variant of Galaxy Nexus a few days ago, Google has posted the factory image for the updated pure Jelly Bean firmware for the “soju” variant of the Nexus S. The Nexus Q also gets its first factory image released.

Despite the numerous Ice Cream Sandwich firmwares that have leaked over the last couple of months for the Droid Bionic, Motorola – or Verizon – seemingly isn’t yet ready to roll out the official update. Last we checked, Moto said on its website that the Android 4.0 upgrade will still arrive in Q4. Now, there’s more reason to believe that the software bump is about to become a reality.
