Images of another Motorola handset, one that mixes Android with iDEN, emerged on Sunday. Dubbed the Opus One, the handset, if authentic, would be the first Android-powered device to run on an iDEN push-to-talk network, such as Sprint’s Nextel network. The presence of such a novel device raises some eyebrows as one can’t help but wonder how well a data-hungry device like an Android handset would fare on the notoriously slow iDEN data network. We will reserve our judgment about this Android-iDEN combination until additional details about this handset become available. In the interim, you can entertain yourself with a few more images after the break.
