Google wants it to make it as easy as possible for app designers and developers to transition their work to the newly launched Android 4.4 KitKat. While it’s a “point release”, KitKat does bring some pretty major changes, not only on the user side, but also under the hood.

Google’s Android developer relations team kindly set up the helpful video you can watch above to get all you app developers up to speed with what’s new in Android 4.4 KitKat.

And, for app designers, there’s this extensive “Android Design in Action: New in Android 4.4” video hosted by Google’s Roman Nurik, Adam Koch, and Nick Butcher. Check it out!

Stay tuned for more!
