Here’s some of the big topics for tonight’s show:

The Big Android BBQ is one of the largest pure Android technology conferences for Android developers and enthusiasts around. Being the Android social event of the year, the Big Android BBQ is moving this year into the state-of-the-art Hurst Convention Center in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Earlier this week, tickets went on sale for the October 19-21st event. On the show we’ll be joined by Aaron Kasten of the Big Android BBQ event team to go over all things BBQ and all things Android.

This week we received big Ice Cream Sandwich news followed by some big Jelly Bean news. Users of the Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket, Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch, and the Galaxy Note were finally updated to Ice Cream Sandwich. Samsung tossed around some Ice Cream lovin to their Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus as well. Following ICS news, Jelly Bean was released to the world via the Android Open Source Project with version 4.1.1. Besides blessing the dev community, Google began rolling out Jelly Bean 4.1.1 to the HSPA+ Galaxy Nexus. Other Nexus devices are up next, so keep your fingers crossed.

Last but not least, the Nexus 7 started shipping. We’ve even seeing a few lucky people pick them up at brick and mortar retail stores. So, what’s this about magnets and the Nexus 7? Earlier this week it was discovered that the Nexus 7 has a neat little hidden feature. We’ll cover all these stories and more later tonight.

Tune in tonight at 9:30pm ET and watch us LIVE on our Google+ Page!
