Acer have just officially announced the launch of the new beTouch E120 and the E130 Android based smartphones. The E120 will be available form mid-July while the E130 will land in August. The devices share some common features but their form factor is quite different; the E130 has a QWERTY keyboard.
In terms of the specifications that they share, both devices will offer 3G+, high speed browing and download (HSDPA), WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS pre-installed. Furthermore, they offer a basic 3.2 megapixel digital camera, for “quick and easy shooting of unexpected moments”, along with a Radio FM. The upside is both devices will pack a 1500 mAh battery that should really help considering the screens on both of the devices are on the smaller side compared to the superphones we have seen of late.
Acer beTouch E120
The beTouch E120 is a device that combines a 2.8” touchscreen with 5-way navi key for incomparable usability. Ideal for beginners just getting into the world of intelligent phones and looking for a “smartphone experience” at an affordable price.
