Meet The Team
Derek is the founder and lead architect of AndroidAuthority.com. Extremely passionate about the Mobile Tech and everything related to Android, Derek has been making websites since the early days of the Internet. He’s currently rocking a Samsung Galaxy S phone and an Asus Transformer tablet.
Darcy is the Founder of AndroidAuthority.com and our resident Android guru. He follows the latest trends and is on top of everything related to Android. With a keen eye for spotting emerging trends and reporting them, he works hard to bring you the best analysis, updates, and reports on all things Android. Darcy lives and breathes the latest mobile technology, and believes Android will be on a billion devices in the not too distant future.
Elmer is "a poet, a philosopher, a gifted writer, and a very nice man," says the equally poetic, philosophical, gifted, and nice Commander of Android Authority. Elmer loves freedom and responsibility--both epitomized by Android and the opensource philosophy, which Elmer loves as passionately as the ideals whence they arise. I'm an Editor here an Android Authority and it's always been a passion of mine to write about devices. I plan to up my game by getting a superphone and a dual-core tablet very soon (they're not available in my town yet). I also run the awesome writing team over at memokitchen.com.

Vinny, is a huge mobile technology enthusiast. He is constantly reading up on the latest Android news. Vinny also enjoy's what he does here, making stellar app, game and custom rom video reviews, as well as creating some great how to video's. While Vinny isn't all wrapped up in android he enjoys rooting on his favorite football team on Tv.
Michael is an industry watcher that stays on top of the latest trends in mobile technology. He keenly follows all of the significant developments and reports on them.
Randy Khoo is a writer in Malaysia with a background in Advertising and Marketing. He speaks (and writes) his mind and is not afraid of providing readers with a different perspective to issues related to the mobile space.
Matt has been an Android fanatic since the original Motorola Droid. In addition to designing web pages, running his own company, and going to school, he finds time to write for Android Authority. Matt still owns that good old Droid 1 and a Xoom Family Edition.
Alex is passionate about everything technology, specifically Android devices. He loves reading and writing about any type of technology, but Android is his favorite. Currently his weapon of choice is Motorola's Droid Bionic running on Verizon's 4G LTE network. Will is a great Android fan. With his first Droid, the Motorola Droid X, he has been in love. Now he currently sports a Samsung Galaxy Nexus. As a writer and editor, will believes that Android Authority can be taken to the top, with a little elbow grease and literature passion.
