nexus 4 camera

Oops, the Nexus 4 has done it again. We told you yesterday that the flagship Nexus phone was returning to Google Play in Australia. It looks like buyers didn’t waste a single moment to wipe the virtual shelves clean, as the 16GB variant of the phone is now no longer available for purchase.

This sure feels like a déjà vu, except that is has actually happened before. This time, the stock on the Play Store was exhausted in just 20 short minutes. Fortunately, all isn’t lost as you can still get the 8GB Nexus 4 there, which we don’t think will stay that way for too long.

There’s no telling when Google will restock the Nexus 4 in 16GB flavor. If you don’t mind paying extra, you may want to consider grabbing it from Harvey Norman instead, as it will start offering the phone in its stores starting tomorrow, albeit in a limited quantity. The 16GB model can be had for AUS$496.

So, did you manage to grab the 16GB Nexus 4 today from the Play Store? Disappointed about the stock problem? Hit the comments below.
